03/28/08, Public Hearing Held To Adopt Ridgeland Area Master Plan
A Public Hearing occurred on the evening of March 27 at the Ridgeland High School Cafetorium to consider the adoption of the new Ridgeland Area Master Plan. Moore Planning Group, LLC was on hand to formally present the Plan and answer questions from the citizenry.

10/01/07, Key Focus Areas for Pending Ridgeland Area Master Plan Determined
Moore Planning Group, LLC has reached a noteworthy milestone in the development of the Ridgeland Area Master Plan. Working in concert with the RAMP Steering Committee and City officials, seven carefully defined geographic Focus Areas have been identified. Moore Planning Group’s forthcoming land use and enhancement project recommendations will be concentrated in these Focus Areas.

04/06/07, Ridgeland Mayor and Aldermen Adopt RAMP Goals
Acknowledging that the goals presented to them by the RAMP Steering Committee accurately represented the views of the citizens of Ridgeland, the recommended goals were unanimously adopted and will serve as a touchstone for the process going forward.

03/29/07, Analysis of Collected Data Presented To Steering Committee
Moore Planning Group, LLC presented a summary of significant findings from the community meetings and their recommendations based on those findings to Steering Committee for feedback.

03/02/07, Community Meetings Conclude
A series of three well-attended open meetings, two roundtable discussions with area bankers and developers, and a meeting with the Ridgeland High School Ambassadors provided a clearer understanding of the community’s priorities in regard to the Ridgeland Area Master Plan.

02/27/07, Community Meetings Commence
Community Meetings commence to gather citizens' input as the basis for the development of a vision and goals for the City of Ridgeland's Master Plan.

01/29/07, City of Ridgeland Finalizing Comprehensive Plan Update
